Jacek brings over 11 years of experience in the legal sector, nearly all of it at Optimal Solicitors, where he began in business development before spending eight years leading the First Response Team, and now serves as Service Quality and Business Improvement Lead. Alongside this, he co-founded Impactful Community CIC, a UK-wide network connecting entrepreneurs, founders and senior decision-makers, built on genuine collaboration and long-term thinking.
Wojtek is an award-winning networker who hosts and frames each Tech Chapter event, interviewing founders and technologists on AI adoption, digital sovereignty and enterprise infrastructure. A former lawyer, he spent a decade with FCA and SRA regulated businesses before moving into helping founders adopt AI practically and compliantly. His work has featured on BBC News, BBC Radio 5 and TV Polonia, bringing that grounding into how the chapter is run.
