The group is aimed at anyone interested in this sector – architects and engineers, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers and importers of building materials. Shortly after registration we will have our guest speaker presentation following by Q&A. After formal part we invite all guests to deliver 30 seconds introduction of their business during speed networking session in a relaxed, informal atmosphere over a snack and a drink. Every delegate will have the opportunity to network and exchange business cards with all other guests as well as with our speakers.

Guest Speaker Profile
Paul Greenwood, Greenwood Consultants Limited
Paul Greenwood is a change agent, management consultant and professional engineer. He has over twenty years’ experience of leading, managing and providing business and project improvement services to leading construction and service businesses.
Paul is best known in the UK as a member/facilitator of construction industry best-practice groups, focussing on: collaborative business and project relationships, performance measurement and improvement, benchmarking, etc. He is a member of the Constructing Excellence Collaborative Working Champions Group and an Associate director of the Institute for Collaborative Working.
Paul founded Greenwood Consultants, in 2012, to provide collaborative relationship, performance measurement and management systems services to construction and service businesses, in the UK and internationally.
Prior to returning to consultancy, Paul was Best Practice Director for a housing investor/developer/contractor. He had joined the company in 2000 to spearhead the Rethinking Construction agenda. In 2003, he collected a major industry award for Best Change Strategy on behalf of the company.
In the 1990s, Paul had established professional services businesses in Malaysia and Thailand, and led consultants providing business and project management services to construction businesses and landmark projects in the Far-East.
In the early-1990s, Paul was a senior consultant with a major multi-disciplinary consultancy, providing management services to construction businesses and projects in the UK, Europe and Middle East.
